Incoming exchange students: exceptional Changes to the Learning Agreement (after arrival)

Please note that you are only given permission to register for the courses stated in your Learning Agreement. All changes to your original Learning Agreement have to be approved by your home university and UiT.

You may change course modules in your previously approved/signed Learning Agreement if:

1. Timetable conflict between the approved course modules;

2. Previously selected course module is no longer offered by the Department,

3. Previously approved course module is not recognized / apporved by your home university,

4. Previously approved course module is in different language than previously specified in the Course Catalogue,

5. Extending the mobility period (you are allowed to spend only two semesters as an exchange student).

How to make changes to your Learning Agreement (step by step guidelines):

1.  Choose your new course: Course modules for incoming exchange students | UiT

2. Make sure the new course is not in conflict with the other courses in the Timetable: TP: Timetable (educloud.no)
3. Get the new course approved by your academic department/school at UiT,
4. Your host academic department/school at UiT will register the new course in your education plan in the studentweb.
5. Make the new courses are pre-approved by your home university.
6. Erasmus+ students: please send your new Online Learning Agreement (OLA) to:
