Submission guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. We encourage Ph.D. students, postdocs and junior researchers to submit their work.
The following paper categories are welcome:
Vi also accept position papers in the full papers category. Contributions must be written in English and submitted through EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=shi2022
Submissions must adhere to the SHI format template: Submisison Template SHI 2022-v4
Accepted poster abstracts must be converted into a Poster using paper size A0 (A1 also allowed) format, portrait orientation.
Note that the corresponding author of accepted submission must sign and submit a publishing agreement on behalf of all co-authors.
Download the following template, and complete the paper/abstract "title", "name of corresponding author", "date/place", "name in block letters", and corresponding author "signature": Author agreement SHI 2022.
The agreement must be sendt to loc@shi2022.org. Please specify the submisison number in the e-mail.
Full papers, extended abstracts, and poster abstracts will be published by LiU Electronic Press. LiU Electronic Press is nominated as a Level 1 publishing channel by the Norwegian Publishing Committee: https://ep.liu.se/en/home.aspx. Contributions must be written in English.
By submitting your paper you agree to publish it in the conference proceeding under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commersial 4.0 (CC-BY-NC) license.
The submitted scientific contributions will be judged and commented on by at least two independent members of the Scientific Program Committee. Accepted full paper and extended abstract contributions will be invited to give a oral presentation at the conference. Accepted post abstracts will be invited to present a poster at the conference.
The author presenting at the conference must be registered. The presentations will be held in English.
Submissions will be evaluated by an international scientific program committee. SHI 2022 uses single blind peer-reviewing, and therefore submissions should have the names and affiliations of authors listed on the paper.
