Gareth Hughes comes to UiT 15 March. There will be three parts to join. One for students and two for staff (academic and administrative).
1 - Learning and wellbeing - for staff
In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between student learning and student wellbeing and look at how the curriculum can support good student mental health.
2 - Be Well, Learn Well - for students
In this session we will explore the ways in which wellbeing and learning are linked and look at some simple and practical ways in which you can improve both.
3 - Facilitation for different groups of students - for invited staff
Gareth Hughes is a psychotherapist, researcher and lecturer based in the United Kingdom. Gareth Hughes led the development of Education for Mental Health, a toolkit hosted by Advance HE to support the development and delivery of curriculum that can support wellbeing and learning.
