nanoAI project has following work packages

WP1: Topology extractor – It will include segmentation, topology optimizer for 2D, topology optimizer for 3D, and adaptation to nanoscopy.

WP2: Microscopy and Nanoscopy data – It includes historic data curation along with new data acquisition and its curation and subsequently dissemination of the data for the public usage with the journal and conference publications.

WP3: Topological intelligence – It will include topological intelligence framework , event detection in live cells, high content data analytics, high content data analytics for nanoscopy, and biological significance investigation with the outcome of nanoAI project.
