Innovations in the Gerosion's laboratory

With the start of the GEOSUMAT project we made some adjustments to Gerosion's workshop and the laboratory. Mainly, New titration station and CO2 gas line will help us to evaluate how fast the materials, activator + binder + aggregates + additives, are reacting together in different stages of mixing and curing in various geopolymer mix designs. This is a crucial part if we want to study, review, establish and achieve good reactivity and CO2 sequestration capacity within promising material candidates. Newly formed materials utilize waste streams from local sources to create next generation materials that carry low environmental impact and are carbon neutral/negative. This contributes towards the fight against climate change. This is one of the targets of the M-Era Net funded project GEOSUMAT.
