UngRisk has developed two mobile applications: NettOpp is a mobile application for adolescents who have experienced negative incidents online and Opp is a universal mental health promoting mobile application.
The mobile applications aim to provide easily accessible information, details on where to seek help, and various exercises. The apps include various instructional videos, audio, and text materials.
The project aligns with several goals of the Government's Youth Health Strategy 2016-2021 and the Government's Mental Health Strategy (2017-2022) in the short and medium term by creating digital information and an interactive service for youth related to body and health. Additionally, the project contributes to promoting good mental health among young people.
