The HR Strategy for Researchers at UiT

UiT´s comittment to strengthen researcher´s working conditions and contribute to the advancement of the European Research Area is in agreement with current strategy Developing the High North. UiT´s strategy towards 2022.

The Improved Action plan for implementing the principles of Charter and Code (2021-2023) reflects the strategic work being done related to the working conditions and career development opportunities for researchers at our university and was adopted by the university rector and deans in June 2021.
