The Recruitment Services is the ‘prime mover’ throughout the entire recruitment process. This involves being close and available to managers, maintaining good dialogue with Evaluation Committees, good dialogue with applicants, managing process time effectively, and ensuring the right quality in recommendations for decision-making by recommending and appointing authorities.
