The Cinema at Campus Tromsø

To book the cinema you can: 

• Book it yourself: room booking
  
• Email: uitinfo@uit.no 

You are welcome to book the cinema, but there are guidelines that must be followed: 

• The request to book the cinema must include the date and time of the booking.
• Permission is granted for a light serving of food, but the cinema must be cleaned and cleared before the cinema is vacated. If you plan to bring alcohol, an agreement must be made with the Department of Building and Property through their email: bea@uit.no 
• The person booking the cinema, is responsible for any damage or extra cleaning if that is needed. 
• The equipment and facilities of the cinema must be used responsibly, and UiT reserves the right to exclude anyone responsible for inappropriate use from booking and using the cinema in the future. 
• UiT info does not grant permission to use the cinema after 11:00 PM. 

You will need an access card to enter the cinema. Outside normal opening hours, you will also need access to the building.
The cinema access card must be collected from UiT info on the same day as your booking.
For bookings made on the weekend, a card must be collected on Friday. You can pick up the card in the Administration bulding in office B.201. Monday- Friday, between 09:00-15:00 
The card must be returned to our offices between 09.00-15.00 on weekdays. Failure to do so may result in a ban from booking and using the cinema in the future. 

The cinema is called "Teorifagbygg Hus 6, 6.222", and is on the 2nd floor, at the end of Vandrehallen.
