UiT Prizes

The Board of UiT annually awards prizes in various categories: The Dissemination Award, The Research and Development Award, The Innovation Award, The Young Researcher Award and The Education Award.

The Board of UiT determines the winner of the winner of the following awards given every other year: The Equality and Diversity Award and The Working and Student Environment Award.

The awards are an appreciation that will stimulate increased efforts, be an inspiration for the award winners and their professional environment and support the current strategy and strategic focus areas.

Each award carries a price of NOK 100 000.

Final deadline for nominations: Monday September 25th, 2023

The distribution of UiT's awards for 2023 will take place in 2024, more information to come.
