Your library card can be used at all of our libraries. Library cards are personal. Library users shall have a duty to report any changes to their address, e-mail address, telephone number, user affiliation, etc. Please notify the library if you have lost your library card. Send an enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students use their student card or the Student ID-app as a library card. You will be able to use your library card at the library when your tuition fee for the semester has been paid via Studentweb. Make sure that your contact details in Studentweb are correct.
Employees and research fellows use their employee cards as library cards but must create a user account with the library the first time they use the library. Remember to bring your employee card. In the event that you are issued with a new employee card, remember to update this with your local library.
Other library users can use locally issued library cards. If you need a new card, you can request one in person at the library as long as you remember to bring valid photo ID (debit card with photo ID/driving license). A waiting period must be expected when requesting a new library card, as we are not always able to create a new user account immediately.
