New lending regulations 

On January 1st, 2026 new lending regulations for library users have become effective.

What does this mean for you?

The biggest change is that the guaranteed borrowing period has been extended to 3 weeks, and as long as there is no waiting list, it will be renewed for 3 weeks at a time.

You will be notified on the due date when we would like to have the material back. If you do not return within the deadline, you will receive up to 3 reminders, which may incur fees and claims for compensation.
